The Dovado USB Mobile Broadband Router (UMR) allows you to insert your 3G/HSPA, CDMA or iBurstTM mobile broadband USB modem and share out your Internet connection with ease via Ethernet or Wireless LAN, providing access to all their computers and wireless-enabled devices throughout the home or office. Not only is the UMR a price-competitive product that fulfills the gap between a USB modem and a local area network, but is simple to configure and reliable in performance. The UMR provides a round-the-clock connection, as one would experience with fixed broadband.

The UMR offers four Ethernet ports in the form of a 10/100Mbps Ethernet switch, an Ethernet WAN port as well as 802.11b/g 54Mbps WiFi for local wireless connectivity. In addition to which, the two USB ports provide full-power capability for your mobile USB modem. From here, your UMR will connect to your mobile broadband operator and provide all the clients in your network with the best possible Internet access. You can also instruct the Dovado UMR via SMS to process certain tasks such as a full restart of the device, connect/disconnect the Internet, and check the overall status.
